Appeals court upholds blood test in fatal 2007 DUI case

The 9th District Court of Appeals ruled the blood test from William Conley substantially complied with protocols after a Lorain County crash that killed Rodney Baker. Prosecutors say the test supports intoxication. Conley’s attorney may seek further review.

Diocese considers closing up to fifty parishes in Ohio region
