On six year anniversary of Roxie Ann Keathley death Timothy Papp faces charges while in prison for plotting to kill his ex wife and county prosecutor Joseph R Grunda. He is indicted by a Franklin County Ohio grand jury on conspiracy to commit aggravated murder against Antoinette Burwell and Grunda. Formal arrest and arraignment set for Monday at 9 a m after transfer from Lucasville.
A rift between City Mayor Marguerite Bowman and councilman Leo Bullocks over a 925000 street resurfacing plan stalls bids. Bowman cites a six week wait for Ohio Department of Transportation funding while Bullocks accuses a brick wall in funding and insists on a committee decision to authorize bids and allocate city funds.
