Cartoon from Marmaduke creator hangs at Elyria YMCA pool
Ruth E. Renkel of Beebe Avenue submitted the idea inspired by the Elyria YMCA Aquatic Center. Brad Anderson, Marmaduke cartoonist, accepted the idea and it appeared in newspapers on February 15. The original drawing was presented to the center by Mrs. Renkel, a regular swimmer and freelance writer.
