Deceased inmate tied to up to 20 Colorado killings by DNA
Denver prosecutors and cold case investigators link Vincent Groves, who died in 1996, to the 1979 murders of Emma Jenefer, Joyce Ramey and Peggy Cuff and to Pamela Montgomery 1988 slaying. DNA from one case helped connect him to four women, with possible total homicides cited up to twenty.
