Analysts warn Bush budget would yield large deficits
The Congressional Budget Office reports Bush plans would drive deficits totaling about 1.92 trillion over the next decade. The analysis shows a sharp decline in fiscal fortunes, with deficits starting at 287 billion this year and peaking near 338 billion in 2004 before gradually shrinking to 102 billion by 2013. Democrats use the figures to attack the tax cut plan.
