Environmentalists push zero discharge policy for Great Lakes

Carnegie hero to use award money for Boston kids baseball
Larry Schwartz 37 of Wellesley Mass was honored as a Carnegie Hero for saving two children from Pawtucket Canal in Lowell Mass. He may use part of his $2,500 prize to buy Boston Red Sox game tickets for inner city kids who meet criteria. Other recipients included Pil Lunn and seven others honored for rescues across the United States.
