Family Portrait Service faces unfair trade charges in Ohio
The Cleveland Office of Consumer Affairs filed three counts of unfair trade practice against Fred Janowski owner of Family Portrait Service. He allegedly solicited door to door in Elyria last December and did not deliver portrait packages totaling over $90 to Cleveland area customers including Midway Manor residents Robert and Cindy Fullmer and Shary Schultz. The BBB has 45 complaints across greater Cleveland and the case, which could bring up to six months in jail and a $1000 fine, may prompt additional charges as the investigation continues.
