Council OKs development plan with Mills Road extension debate
The council voted 5 to 2 against, Minnick and Butkowski dissenting, on the Kingston Place proposal. The master plan would extend Mills Road from Stoney Ridge to Case Road, with Butkowski warning that not extending Mills would worsen Lear-Nagle Road problems. Gillock called the plan a guideline that promotes PCDs to avoid tract housing, while Donald Vandrasik favored the project for park and trail access.
