New Yorker editor to speak at Oberlin College convocation
James M. Keller of The New Yorker will speak at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Finney Chapel, discussing the future of culture in America. Keller, trained as an oboist and musicologist at Oberlin, holds degrees from Oberlin Yale and Paris Sorbonne and has spoken at major venues such as the New York Philharmonic and Carnegie Hall.

66th Annual Dairymen Banquet Held at Lorain County Fairgrounds
The 66th Annual Dairymen banquet occurs March 18 at Fair Hall Lorain County Fairgrounds with a 7 30 p m buffet. A $400 scholarship and plaque will be awarded to the Lorain County Distinguished Dairy Youth winner. Top 10 county milk and protein producers receive awards, plus best individual cow milk and butterfat, and most improved herd. Comedian jug gler and magician David Kaplan to entertain.
