Dead baby revived then dies again in Mississippi
In Charleston Mississippi a Bay boy born by cesarean section was believed stillborn. He lay in a mortuary slab for 11 hours in a cold room before a faint heartbeat emerged and he was moved to Tallahatchie General Hospital. He revived briefly but died six hours later. Doctors said the baby would likely have suffered massive brain damage if survival had continued.

Readying 240 new civil cases monthly, the Elyria and Lorain offices at 82 Broad St and Room 306 Broadway Building Lorain would close. The agency serves eligible low income residents in housing consumer employment welfare domestic disputes and administrative hearings. The 13 member board is led by Attorney James Tassie.

Rate of price hikes cools but just a bit in February
