Unexpected Party brings dulcimer roots to North Ridgeville library
The Unexpected Party performs at 2 p.m. Sunday at the North Ridgeville Branch Library, presenting hammered dulcimer, autoharp, and Celtic harp with Appalachian and Celtic folk roots. The seven member group formed in the mid-1990s, led by Greg Meyer, including Joanne Meyer and Elyria resident Jean Atkins, focusing on melodic ballads and lively instrumental pieces.
