Rogers relishes second chance with Browns after trade
Shaun Rogers left Detroit on a three hour trip to join Cleveland as the Browns reshape the defensive line. The former Lions lineman, a two time Pro Bowler, hopes to be dominant and help the Browns reach a championship. He was traded for cornerback Leigh Bodden and a third round pick after a failed deal with the Bengals. Cleveland GM Phil Savage eyed Rogers to pair with Corey Williams as part of a new defensive line. Rogers passed his physical and spoke of a fresh start under a new coach.
