Three Rafters Missing After River Rescue Effort
Police and fire units aided by Cleveland Metroparks rangers searched the Rocky River near Bagley Road for three Cleveland men feared drowned after their rubber raft overturned Sunday afternoon. Missing are John Berish 22 Tom Mazar 21 and Daniel Mondrach 3308 Ruby Rd. Brown and Meyer swam to safety after the raft capsized near Sprague Road around 430 pm. A shirt was spotted in the river but could not be located.

Virginia Beach man faces court after theater incident
Kenneth Harsh, 48, appeared in court after refusing to surrender a cookie at Circle 6 Theater in a Virginia Beach mall. He was arrested Saturday for acting in a tumultuous manner and had to post a $100 bond after allegedly refusing to give up the cookie or leave.
