Metropolitan Club Observes Sixteenth Anniversary Luncheon
The Metropolitan Club marked its sixteenth anniversary with a Thursday luncheon at the Oberlin Inn. Yellow and blue corsages complemented the floral centerpiece as Mrs. Mark Wills, now YWCA president, spoke of attending a San Francisco meeting. Hubbard Wilcox led a brief business session before social hour at Mrs. R C Newatmey’s home on Grafton. Planning was by Mrs. Jarryv Frankfather and Mrs No vartrey. The next gathering is set for April 7 at Mrs. Richard Golmar's Columbia Avenue home.

Lenten Bible Talks Planned at YWCA
The YWCA planned a four week Lenten Bible talk series on Because He Lives conducted by Edna Gray Johnson beginning March 17 with a 9 30 coffee. The program is open to YWCA members and friends with a later April 21 meeting for further World Fellowship plans.
