WOOSTER O March 4 Former State Senator Arthur H Dar of Cleveland declined to represent Charlies Hannah who confessed to the murder of Melvin Horst who disappeared from his home in Grivile on Der 2V 1328. He had represented Hannah at a futile arraignment in a proper court of Wayne county last week on child stealing charges. He wrote Hannah a letter from County Jail Wonster stating he cannot represent due to time and expense and thanking her for the confidence. Attorney Richard T Mills of Cleveland said he still acts as counsel and would interview Hannah to see if she wished him to continue.

Man and daughter injured in Oberlin road accident
