Norwalk City Water Tests Under Directive
Norwalk officials on March 4 instructed by the city council to hire Thomas Tristram, a Lorain water works chemist, to analyze city water with tests twice weekly at the reservoir for two months. The state board of health previously ordered plans for a filtration plant by July 1 this year and completion by end of 1927.
