Environmentalists oppose hydroelectric plant on Cuyahoga River

Elyria board member retires after 25 years

Former Elyria Elections Board member John Blevins, 68, retires after 25 years of service. He also left roles on the Apple Festival Committee and the Lorain County Republican Central Committee.
