Ron Baron and about 25 clients hold 200,000 Resorts shares after the New Jersey Casino Control Commission renewed Resorts Internationals Atlantic City license. The stock rose to 44 percent intraday as optimism grows about Resorts and Atlantic City despite recent downgrades and a bribery probe.
