Vermilion Man Drowned When Car Plunged From Bridge
Charles day, 69, of Vermilion drowned in Beaver Creek after his car left the Lake road bridge and plunged into water about 15 feet deep. Coroner Thomas Peebles said it may have been a broken neck from the crash or drowning after the vehicle was struck by a swaying trailer. The body was recovered after about 75 minutes. he is survived by his wife.

New Bridge Planned for Wakeman on Route 20
