Dr. Meir Benit an 82 year old Elyria obstetrician was indicted on drug trafficking charges after a raid on East River Street offices. Authorities seized more than 3000 Adipex tablets along with records. The Ohio Board of Pharmacy had investigated and found improper dispensing of the appetite suppressant.
