Amherst considers single access for Route 58 plaza
Amherst property owners near Route 58 opposite Milad Chevrolet were invited to a streets and sidewalks committee meeting to discuss proposed access revisions financed by assessment. The plan would remove eight curb cuts for a single four foot entrance opposite Milad, add an access road parallel to Route 58, and install sidewalks. The project estimated at 225000 to 250000, with the city covering 2 percent and maintenance. no action taken, next session set for March 15.

False arrest suit seeks 75000 against department store
