Two Boys Hit By Automobile Suits Filed
Meta Anderson, mother of Robert 16 and Russell 11, filed two personal injury suits for 1000 each in common pleas court after they were struck by a car in front of L. J. Motorist Fined Fifty By Elyria Mayor
A 3:39 am road stop led to the arraignment of John Yasehan of R D J Oberlin before Mayor Ban A Baird on a drunken driving charge and William Cecil on intoxication. At 3:30 am police spotted them with two Lorain girls on Past Bridge street and later on Broad street. Yasehan was fined $50 plus costs and barred from driving in Elyria for six months. Cecil was fined $5. Also reported theft of 359 young chickens from Andy Davidson farm south of Kipton.
