Extended midweek shower risk with warming humid trend
An extended forecast from Wednesday to Friday calls for a 4 chance of showers or thunderstorms each day with increasing humidity. Cool air and rain showers sweep northern Pacific coast
A cool air mass moved into the West with scattered showers along the northern Pacific coast. A thunderstorm rattled San Antonio early today from storms that dumped hail in Texas and Oklahoma on Sunday. Temperatures were forecast 15 degrees below normal in parts of Northern California as cool weather persisted up the coast to Washington.

Woman Delivers Baby 17 Hours After Son’s Death in Crash
In Cleveland a mother gave birth to a girl 17 hours after her 13 year old son Eric McKenzie was killed in a two car collision on Interstate 480. The family was returning from a fishing trip in Geauga County when the crash occurred near 9 45 p.m. Saturday. The mother, Kim Brahmens, went into labor and delivered at MetroHealth Medical Center around 4 p.m. Sunday.
