Merger study urged by Sheffield Village and Sheffield Lake officials
Sheffield Village councilman Howard Bliss and Sheffield Lake councilman John L. Groleau urged forming a two village merger study commission. They cited citizen input and a balanced view of pros and cons, aiming to show facts on potential tax savings before any vote. Residents were asked to contact officials and stand up to be counted as letters supported the commission.
