Fugitive killer Ray Olson alias August Buelo, 30, who shot two deputy sheriffs in northern Wisconsin, was killed at daybreak by a posse near Gran View in Bayfield county. The manhunt, begun June 17 after the killings at Hayward, included bloodhounds and four county sheriffs.

George W. Fridenstine a 46 year old Elyria building contractor and lifelong Lorain County resident died suddenly at 5 A M at his Murray Ridge Road home. He is survived by his wife Hazel ten children his mother two brothers two sisters and several relatives. Funeral services are set for 2 P M Saturday at his Murray Ridge home and 2 30 P M at the Elyria Church of Christ with Rev Will J Foster officiating. Burial will follow in South Murray Ridge Cemetery. The body lies at Nichols Funeral Home until noon tomorrow then will be moved to the Murray Ridge house.
