Avon greenhouse owner wins new look at water assessment case
Ohio Supreme Court reversed the 9th District Court of Appeals and will assign the Wolfe case for trial. Stanley Wolfe of Avon challenges a $20,978.80 water main assessment tied to a project along Case and Long Roads and Detroit and Moon Roads. Wolfe asserts the city’s work benefits no property his greenhouse uses a well. He seeks permanent relief from collection.
