Gas Company to Begin Work on Elyria Improvement
The Ohio Fuel Gas Company will start a $111000 service upgrade in Elyria, laying nearly 1.5 miles of 12 inch pipeline and changing gas distribution to over 1000 southern customers. A new town border station will regulate and measure gas, with individual service regulators installed at meters at no cost. Pressure changes will not affect appliances. Free leakage tests will follow completion. The project extends along Prospect Street toward Inter No. 1.
