Simple Equipment Provides Hot Water
Summer-time demands for hot water can be met by adding a small coil to the stoker fired boiler. The automatic coal stoker can heat water without significantly running the burner. Using the stoker for water heating extends its life, but neglecting insulation wastes fuel and money. Proper insulation and fire resistant roofing reduce costs and hazards, while encouraging sound homes boosts material sales and customer goodwill.
