Silas shapes Cavaliers with substance over style
Terry Pluto profiles Paul Silas as Cavaliers coach, a tall firm figure focused on defense, rebounding, and patient development. He commits to LeBron James's growth, builds around Zydrunas Ilgauskas and Ricky Davis, and seeks a veteran point guard while exploring roles for Darius Miles and Dajuan Wagner. Silas promises hard work, better shot selection, and time to implement his/plan as the team rises from a 17-65 record.
