Wettest spring on record hits Virginia North Carolina and South Carolina

The NOAA reports March to May rainfall broke records across Virginia North Carolina and South Carolina with above normal totals also from New York to Florida and across the West and Midwest. Texas had its second driest spring while drought persists in many western states.
