Six Indictments By Grand Jury Today

Six indictments were returned by the grand jury after a session lasting a day and a half following review of 14 cases. Nick Nichols, 32, of Cleveland, is named among three suspects in the robbery of Emil Ruth, a South Amherst businessman, of 1081 dollars and a watch about two months ago. Mike DeCorpo of Cleveland had charges dismissed in connection with the same crime.
