Benesh wins Soul to Sole 5K in humid Bay Village
North Ridgeville runner Steve Benesh captured his second Soul to Sole 5K title in three years at Bay High. He clocked 15 41.2 in the humid conditions to beat Elyria’s Ray Armstrong and Oberlin’s Simon Perales while Michelle Clem led the women with a 20 21.6. About 180 runners participated and proceeds fund shoe donations through Lorain County programs.
