Plumber Sues Loan Company Over Demas Development Funds
Francis H. Young, Amherst plumber, sues The Second Federal Savings and Loan of Cleveland for 21459 alleging funds loaned for the Demas housing project on Elyria West Side were misused by Harry and Ann Demas. He says disbursements were improper, construction did not occur, and checks bounced leading to halted work. He seeks court to trace loan funds used in construction, recover unpaid materials and labor, and hold excess foreclosure proceeds in trust for him.
