Elyria resident Brandyne Parks, 48, was pronounced dead at the scene Friday two days after a Chrysler Sebring carrying him and Mykal Isom, 25, left I-77 and rolled down an embankment in Tuscarawas County. Isom remained in serious condition at Akron General Hospital.
