The May Rotary winners include Feyikemi Osundina a high school sophomore known for a 4.5 GPA and diverse activities and Jessica Franco a senior who placed second in a DECA California event. Both plan college study in art and sciences. The meeting also named North Ridgeville Fire Chief Rick Miller an honorary member.

Lake Ridge Chorus invites women to free vocal lessons starting June 29 at Community United Methodist Church Elyria with no singing experience required. The Lorain Public Library System offers a free Bop Till You Drop program on June 23 at the North Ridgeville branch with dance lessons for the Hand Jive Macarena and Electric Slide.
