Ousted union leader not called to testify at Yablonski trial
In Erie Pennsylvania the defense and prosecution have not called or contacted W. A. Boyle the ousted UMW president to testify at the Albert Pass murder trial involving Joseph Yablonski and his family. Boyle's attorney Plato Cacheris said Boyle is unlikely to testify. The trial was expected to hear closing arguments midweek with Pass possibly not taking the stand.
