Wrong-way Turnpike driver indicted in death
Elyria prosecutors charge 33 year old Holly McCullum with vehicular homicide driving under the influence and two counts of aggravated vehicular assault after a crash on the Middle Ridge Service Plaza eastbound lanes. Tina Howard of Bellevue and her mother Evelyn Kamann died. Andrew Howard was injured. Police say McCullum admitted to taking one dose of unknown substance.
