City to keep pinball policy after injunction
Lorain city solicitor Edward J. Conley stated the city will continue ousting pinball machines deemed gambling devices. He noted the temporary injunction against seizure of non gambling pinball machines does not authorize displays that are easily adaptable to gambling or provide free balls or multiple coins. Conley will meet Judge John D. Pincerna to discuss an earlier hearing date, now set for June 6.
