Loses $10,000 To Swindlers At Race Track
Aaron Mills of Danville Ohio, 80, says he was swindled by three men at a Toledo race where he placed a small bet. He was told he won 20,000 but needed to deposit 10,000 to insure the winnings, then lost contact with the men and funds. He appeals to the law to recover the money.
