Fritas Cubana Fries and Authentic Frita Recipe History
The frita originated in 1930s Cuba as street food later spreading to Miami. Classic frita uses a seasoned ground beef pork or chorizo patty on Cuban bread with very thin fries and a secret sauce. A version by Three Guys from Miami includes detailed patty mix with paprika cumin and garlic, plus shoe string fries and Glenn's Secret Fritas Sauce.
