The incident occurred after outdoor scenes for the single Outrageous with Snoop Dogg in the Queens studio area. The song will appear in the film Catwoman due next month.

Dolly Parton Tops CMT Love Song List at No 7

Boy in critical condition after street accident

A year old boy is in critical condition at MetroHealth Medical Center after being struck by a red Ford Taurus driven by Preston Tyler 33 of West Avenue just before 6 pm on Oberlin Road. LifeCare Ambulance transported him first to EMH Regional Medical Center then to Cleveland's MetroHealth while witnesses cited fast driving in the area. The Elyria Police Department continues to investigate and no charges have been filed.
