Emergency relief protects drought hit farmers in Elyria area
Elyria Lorain County dairy and livestock farmers will receive emergency relief for drought. They may harvest or graze for personal use or let others do so, but not for profit. Clarence Conrad of Wellington notes about half his set aside land could benefit, with possible reimbursement for fencing, water, and haying costs if other producers use it.
