Motorcyclist Robert Howard, 49, of Canton, lost his left leg below the knee in a collision at the Route 18 and Route 511 intersection Saturday evening. A Ford Escape carrying a woman and two children had minor injuries. Police say witnesses described Howard as riding recklessly. alcohol is not believed involved. investigation continues.
