Lorain man Garrett Davis, 30, was found bleeding and in critical condition after an assault on West 23rd Street. His girlfriend Tina Jackson said an 18 year old Lorain man struck him in the face while he lay on the ground, fled with a friend as police arrived, and faces felonious assault charges.
