Mrs Hubert Faith Boylan retires after nearly 13 years with the Lorain County Board of Elections. A luncheon at the Hilltop House honored her. She will fill days until mid October and her daughter Elizabeth, a Northwestern University graduate, plans a October physiotherapy start and October 13 wedding to Dr William Green. The Boylan family lives at 308 Park Ave.
