Juvenile suspects bound for adult trial in Lorain burglary case
The Oct 26 incident left two youths, Serrano and Cruz, facing aggravated burglary felonious assault and kidnapping charges. Prosecutor Dennis Will said the cases, initially handled by Juvenile Court, were bound over to be tried as adults last week. The two allegedly entered Regina Avenue residence of a longtime educator and radio personality at 245 am, struck him, demanded money, and fled with a wallet and cell phone.
