Superintendent reports on Americanization work in Elyria
Superintendent F M Shelton reviews trade extension and Americanization classes for the past year. The report notes light enrollment early, with 12 in Auto, 20 in Mechanical Drawing, 19 in Machine Shop, and a total of 132 in Americanization across five centers. Funding relied on Smith Hughes funds with a future state guarantee, and the season closed with strong speaker talks and social gatherings amid hopes for expanded future evening instruction.
