A 10 year old, Remigio Pena, clung to a tire for 24 hours inside a flood drained pipe near his home in Waco Texas after being swept into a large tunnel by floodwater. Neighbors and firemen brought him out alive as a crowd cheered, calling it a miracle. He said he floated and found a tire to hold onto. Father Jose Pena prayed for his safe return.
