In Lorain County Ohio on the 2th day of April 19% a petition was filed in Common Pleas Case No 22594 by the plaintiff heir of Rewhen Cooper seeking to quiet title against heirs devises creditors and assigns of various defendants including Jannah Metmeire Leal Wetmere David Wetse Ruby Ceever Rhabe Cooper Flubs Cebe Cooper and Daniel Munson. The property in question is described as part of Original Avon Township Section No 1, in the Village of Avon, containing about 33 acres more or less, with rights of way and highways. The petition states that defendants and unknown heirs claim an interest adverse to plaintiff, clouding title and seeks to quiet title and enjoin further claims. Defendants are asked to answer before July 1925. Attorneys for plaintiff May 168 15-22-29.
