Elyria approves 3 percent raise for Chapter 165 staff

Huron County Man Accused of Soliciting Minors for Sex
A 39 year old Huron County man Travis Brown was arrested after an investigation by the Huron County Sheriff’s Office and HEAL Human Trafficking Task Force. He allegedly solicited sex from underage girls using nicotine and alcohol, contacting juveniles via delivery driver work and social media. Brown planned sex in the back of his SUV and was found with a makeshift bed in the vehicle. He faces importuning and compelling vice felonies and remains jailed.
